Description

Hello...Mickey has a 2254.50 complete including a professionally installed OEM 2230 (non-AC) dial. Also included is a premium Hirsch Leonardo Aero Sharkskin. I'm the second owner and although it was serviced when the dial was installed, it has not been serviced since. There are no issues with the way it runs or lums. Only because it's bezel rotates a little too easy and the case-back under the one strap side is scratched, I would rate it as 85%. Otherwise it's at least a 90%. Most Omega folks wonder why this was never made this way. The applied raised markers and Omega logo make it a more finished timepiece and easy to read. Because I'm chasing a Speedmaster 3575.20 am I offering this plus my cash. More bad scans, good references, whatever just ask. Thanx for your “time”, Miki

Not quite as rare as the "Golden Seamaster" Desmond wrote about, but in the ballpark and especially in Rose Gold:

Old man and the sea part 2 - trying to sort my son’s fishing equipment 🎣
Fishing in the East provided a successful, efficient experience where the son caught tons of fish quickly. Trying Mediterranean fishing was less successful, resulting in no catch. The Omega Seamaster 1948 watch remained unaffected.

My Grandfather's Watch
Vintage watch in need of repair left with local expert after failed service attempt by father, now deceased. Trust restored authenticity to be sourced, but other parts may not be restored. Watchmaker taking time. Two other watches out for service.

Dials for the Melbourne Olympic Seamaster ref OT 2850
Variants of SM Olympic dials include rare XVI dial with pearl dots in yellow gold, most have a brass plate. Some dials may have rings with uniquely colored areas; accuracy debatable.

LeCoultre booklets
Seeking information on rare booklets that came with certain vintage LeCoultre watches. Requesting photos, scans, and sizes for personal database. Acknowledges limited knowledge on topic, but hopeful for responses.
