Description

I do not profess to have any knowledge of these watches so apologies in advance. This is an Omega Cal 501 with an Omega Beads of Rice bracelet I inherited. I believe it is vintage 1949-1951 but it is highly likely that the readers of this forum will be better informed. I do know it was used very little and treasured...the condition reflects this. It has been sent to Ted Hopkins at Ted's Vintage Watches who has serviced it and the calibration by Mr. Hopkins to 1.9 seconds per day is shown. I have not worn the watch since Mr. Hopkins serviced it. Thanks for looking and please email with any question and I will do my best to answer them. Michael
