I would rate this watch ~95. There are scratches throughout the bezel and case, mostly from changing straps, but no dings or dents. I have worn this watch in rotation with many others, no more than 50 times in three years. The watch has never been underwater or used while playing sports. It has never been polished or serviced since it's always worked properly.

The OEM black crocrodile strap is UNWORN; the OEM Panerai buckle is UNWORN; and the OEM Panerai rubber strap is UNWORN!!

This watch comes complete as delivered to me by an authorized U.S. dealer. I have the 3 boxes(The Pearwood box, the inner black box and the outer brown box w/sticker). I also have the libretto and manual, the stylus/pen for changing straps/date, as well as the COSC certificate. I have the warranty card for authentification purposes as well(it is of course out of warranty) I even have the sales receipt!

I have plenty of references and will be glad to provide them to serious buyers.
