Rare and unusual Patek Philippe Ellipse, ref 5738P, in near-mint condition. The platinum case is 38 mm in diameter and has a diamond set at 6 o’clock along the flank. Slate-blue dial. Self winding Patek Philippe Calibre 240 AIG 1 with Geneva Hallmark. Complete with boxes and papers.
