Patek Philippe 18K YG Heart Shaped Pocket Watch 1959

Up for sale is a very rare Patek Philippe 18k yellow gold heart shaped form watch with 18k hunter case. This watch has a rare heart shaped key wound movement. The case is 18k yellow gold beautifully heart shaped with diamond-set initials on the front and diamond set rose on the back, and a numbered cuvette. The dial is white enamel with Roman numerals, blue steel moon-style hands, outer minute divisions and heart shaped bezel secured by three screws. This watch was manufactured in 1859 and accompanied by original box. The watch also has an extract from the archives.
