The Ref.5135 Gondolo Calendario received overwhelming response when it was first released as it was Patek Philippe's first and in fact only Gondolo with annual calendar function. Production of this Gondolo annual calendar was discontinued by Patek Philippe after a short period of production, hence the quantity produced is small. Since I purchased this watch, I have tried put it on my wrist just to test its functions and accuracy. I did not wear it as it appears too big for my tiny wrist and have since then have kept it in the bank vault. Hence watch is in a better than mint condition with almost no scratches. This is more of a collector's item and is the largest Annual Calendar Patek Philippe has ever produced to date. Movement used as mentioned is Patek Philippe's automatic movement Cal.324 S QA LU 24H, 34 jewels, 22K rotor, movement is decorated with Cotes de Geneva and sealed with the Hallmark of Geneva. This movement was new creation of Patek Phippe at that time. Slate grey dial with applied white gold indexes and Arabic numerals. Three windows at 10, 12 and 2 showing day, date and month respectively. Moon phases with 24 hours register at 6. White gold hands with a sweep centre seconds hand and 24 hours indicator. Large 18K white gold Gondolo case in 3 parts. Exhibition glass back illustrating the movement. Signed crown. Dimensions of the watch are 39mm x 51mm x 12mm. This is clearly too big for my small wrist. Watch comes with original wooden box, outer box, white gold stylus, hang tag, manual & dated Certificate of Origin, distributors' list, etc in a leather pouch.
