Vacheron Constantin Patrimony 33059/000J

I placed my order for this watch in early 2007. I was told that Vacheron-Constantin builds these per order, so none were available otherwise. I took delivery in August 2007. This is a gorgeous watch and is highlighted on the manufacture's web site under the Metiers d'Art category. It houses a skeletonized 1003 caliber that is hinged within a hollowed $20 gold coin. Actually, two coins are used in its construction. The precision and tolerance of the fit is such that it is nearly impossible to identify where the two meet. I love this watch.
