Vacheron Constantin Royal Eagle Chronograph PRICE DROP

The watch was purchased in Tokyo in 2004 and have been sparsely worn as it was my most expensive watch back then (I only wear it for special occasions). Hence the watch is in mint condition with barely hairline scratches. It is keeping time very accurately, exactly like a new one!

Case diameter is 37x40mm not including lugs and 13mm thick. You can feel the heft of the watch even though it is a stainless steel model! The watch uses the VC Calibre 1137 which is based on a F Piguet movement. The silver dial is beautiful with the applied hour markers and Maltese cross. The seconds subdial has very small concentric circles with a silver outer ring. The date is in a fancy 2 digit window. Very high build quality!! The bracelet is also beautifully finished with a mixture of brushed and polished parts. The crown has a beautiful Maltese cross on it. You will fall in love with this VC at first sight!!

I will surely miss this watch but due to me moving my portfolio of watch towards gold/platinum, I must regrettably let this stainless steel piece go, especially after my recent acquisition of a couple of Lange & Sohne and FP Journe watches, those have become my special occasion watches. Included is everything that came with the watch, outer cardboard box, wooden watch box, dealer stamped papers and instruction manual with leather cover (not photographed as I've put it in the bank vault), and a VC microfibre wiping cloth for the watch.
