Zenith VINTAGE Sporto

This is a rare opportunity to acquire an exceptional vintage Zenith. The model – Sporto – is well known to Zenith collectors, as it was very popular, and its production run spanned several decades.

This particular example dates to 1956/57 based on movement number. It is an unusually elegant version, and is in extraordinarily good condition. It is powered by a 12 ligne cal. 40 movement, which, as was the case with a small subset of the Sporto models, has been protected by a well-designed acrylic cover. The watch is fully original, in excellent condition throughout, and one would be hard pressed to find a 50+ year-old watch in better shape.

It is working well, though I have not timed it recently, and do not know the last date of service.
