The only movement I have seen with a regulator and at the same time counter weights on the balance rim.
By: xyz123abc : April 17th, 2020-10:21
(But to be boring accurate, with a regulator it is not free sprung)

It’s rare to see a free sprung balance spring with weight-adjustment AND a swan neck regulator. Is the swan neck regulator just for show (and what a show this one carries out😍😍😍), or does it add to the isochronism and accuracy?

It's for beat error adjustment only...not like a traditional swan-neck regulator function

And I have learned something new today. (Now I know something I bet the majority of my colleagues do not know). Thanks a lot for enlightening me.
