Power Reserve system in Zeitwerk
Recently, I am thinking about one question for Power Reserve(PR) system in Zeitwerk. Basically, there are two kinds of PR systems, the biggest difference between them is whether PR system could stop the watch when power running low, for example, the IWC 5000 movement, it has a 7days PR systems, however, the movement is designed for 8days at least, in order to maintain the enough power for watch all the time , its PR system stops the watch after 7days. On the other hand, some PR systems are just estimation for the power left in the watch, in some cases; we can see power indicator already points to the empty, but watch still running.
So, is anyone know the Zeitwerk 's PR system belongs to which kind?
Thanks a lot
Rik
