Remembering A Milestone
Dear Purists,
On this day 23 years ago, the world witnessed the resurrection of A. Lange & Söhne. With Walter Lange and Günter Blümlein (may they rest in peace) at the helm of A. Lange & Söhne, the brand went on to capture the hearts and minds of the horologically inclined. Hence, in honor of that faithful day and the genius of these luminaries, here is my Saxonia. A modern descendant of the original Saxonia family launched in 25th October 1994.
Beautiful razor sharp lancet hands and meticulously finished hour batons.
Heat blued second hand with a stunning contrast subdial.
