almost all manufacturers have the watches set to about ten past ten. Since it is visually balanced I see the point. But Lange have theirs set to about ten to two. Equally visually balanced - but indeed different. Is there someone in this fantastic forum t...

I don't know for sure, but maybe since 1:51 ("ten to two") looks more balanced on the Lange 1?

In fact I often arbitrarily choose 1:50 over 10:10... as it seems the hands “ moves less” when some time has passed...like 1:52 looks better than 10:12.... but not sure if that is even true 😂 . It always takes me a couple of photos and time to get the sho...
