I am SO convinced that nobody on this planet can Vlad me into a second ALS that I am prepared to offer a bonus.
All expense dinner for two at La Tour d'Argent in Paris if anyone Vlad's me into a second ALS.
As lovely as I think the first series Dato is (and I do), it is the only one that does in ALS.
Challenge is on guys.

I dream of the exact entrance into AL&S. They make many beautiful watches, but the only one I have ever wanted is a first gen Dato. It is their Icon for me. HUGE Congratulations!

Congrats Joe, Dato is King in my books, other Langes might have more charm but this one just rules them all! You should try some straps, he loves to be dressed up and down!

.....i think i need to think about it in other terms. Very few....(well, none actually) have compared well for me in the past as I see the 5070P as my favourite chronograph of any manufacturer...and given that I have owned it for over 8 years, and it took...

That post-honeymoon phase is what I am waiting for. I know exactly what you mean about pulling the trigger. Quite a few watches fall into that category for me. Rolex 1019 for example.
