I think it all boils down to your taste preference... Both are great looking watches and it also depend which color you like better (red or yellow?).
I too find the bumblebee to be a bit too yellow... The Vegas has the similarity to EOD with red tone and newer case design.

I would pick the Las Vegas Offshore any day! Red is my favorite color so for me it's an easy choice. Both watches looks great and both are winners! Good Luck
