I'm not sure you would be able to obtain that exact sticker. My recommendation would be to make your own - I'm sure it would be very easy. I do not recall seeing this sticker on previous APs I have had the pleasure of removing the factory plastic from.

I mean what kind of materials you need to get? And what kind of tool to cut it at such accuracy?

I've heard from a few BB owners that the pvd / dlc coating is incredibly durable. Even so do a few scratches matter? Personally I'd rather have a few scratches on the watch than cover parts of it in protective stickers.
You could use a caseback sticker and an exacto blade.
Use a straight edge to cut if necessary.
