Finally pulled the trigger on the ceramic 44mm. Having owned all 44mm's, this one is my fav from a weight and covert standpoint. The ceramic actually has more grey tones than black--very cool in the sun. Enjoy......  

That could be a very rare piece you acquired. I am not sure how many ceramic cased black dials were made, but there will be no more (the new dial for the black ceramic case is anthracite colored). Enjoy it!

Yep not many for sure. Unfortunately AP is NOT releasing anthracite until 2015 now, so I jumped on this one when I had a chance.

How does it feels? is it heavy? just got the 44 FC and it really feels and looks amazing... Nice acquisition!!! Best! Ernesto

emijar3 I've had the 44mm FC as well, and this is just ever so slightly (and I mean barely) heavier. But it's almost identical in weight to FC. SUPER comfortable. It's weights MUCH less than my Schumi Ti, which is already very light (vs SS or RG). Great w...

That's one good looking watch. I also like the Carbon/ceramic version, it has a good weight on it, not as heavy as the SS and Rose Gold versions ..... Congrats , enjoy your new toy.
