And somehow I think if you were looking for two years you have finally bought a watch that you really enjoy wearing. Better that way than buying on a whim and later realising that the purchase was a mistake.

I'm not sure why the Alinghi is not a popular piece as I think it looks stunning. I've always loved the fat hands and how they move when adjusting the time. Congrats and ENJOY! Steve

Next to the all carbon Alinghi, the platinum was my favorite in the series.

This watch is a refreshing change from the usual 6, 9, 12 chrono for the Offshore Chronos. Very nicely designed and made! Enjoy your watch!
