Interesting interview with JCB from 1999 for those who - like me - are fan of Blancpain because of the Biver-era (groundbreaking watchmaking, 2100/Léman series, perfect proportions, Fifty Fathoms revival)
Notably from the interview, Blancpain watches were all completely assembled and hand-finished by a single watchmaker and Biver's daily at the time was the 2100/Léman Flyback chrono*

Many of the 2100/Léman series (e.g. the 100m water resistant minute repeater) would still be utterly crazy if released today, 30 years later
