i really appreciate you replying to my question and for giving me some encouragement. the best encouragement however is that you sent it in after 6 years simply because you wanted to not because you needed to. it is very nice to have a watch one can rely on and that one feels can take whatever you throw at it. having to date enjoyed great reliability and precision from my rolex watch (albeit tested only over very limited timeframe, i.e. years not decades) i am cautious to jump into another untested (for me) brand. hard not to when the FF is so pretty though. other things that are exciting are the movement, the power reserve, the lume and the domed crystal.

i haven't been this excited about buying a watch ever i think!
