Hi Claude,

Traditionally Breguet has always used true guilloche for their signature dials.

The only reason I say "for the most part" is because there is an element of the dial for the new 5447 and some of the other recent perpetuals that really looks like CNC milling to me: the clouds pattern over the moonphase.

I hope I'm wrong, but it sure doesn't look like any kind of engine turning I've ever seen. If the rest of the dial is engine turned and that part is milled, that's cool, but it's just hard to imagine that would make sense from a manufacturing standpoint.
