not mistaken; versions of the Piguet 1150. The 5907 is a HW, as mentioned, the 5920 is the auto version, and the 5207 is the auto with a couple of complications.
The 5207 is a large watch even by men's standards, 39mm dia. X almost 10mm thick, where all the others are less than 35mm, (30mm in the case of the 8067), and less than 8mm thick. One of the 5207's complications is a retrograde small seconds. This requires a snail-cam, and it snaps back every 60 seconds. I have a lot of concern about the wear characteristics of this type of mechanism. I can't help feeling it will leave wear-particles all over the inside of the watch in short order.
As to the ETA 2000 movement, it's considered one of the best-engineered movements used in women's watches, and is very accurate and reliable. ETA is not considered a 'premium' movement manufacturer in terms of decoration, in comparison with Piguet, but their stuff is very well designed for long-term use, and I imagine Breguet upgrades it very substantially for use in their own watches.
From what I see, I think your choice boils down to whether you want this watch just for yourself, or to eventually pass it along to your son. In the first case, the 8067 is definitely the watch I'd recommend. It's not a tiny watch, but it's enough smaller to go better on a woman's wrist. In the second case, I'd go with the 5097. Mid-size, display back, 100-hour power reserve, a good, classic unisex watch.
Hope that helps.
