if it's the 3670 you're thinking of, it's not the current practice you want to know about
You could try calling the Breguet Boutique and asking them if the 3670BB is rhodium plated. If they don't know (and frankly it's hard to imagine they'd know definitively even though they might give a "knee-jerk" response as if they do), they could probably try to find out.
