(Never) Chopard Again!! “update”
Dear all, with the help of some people (of this forum) and the number of visits that this message has made. I get finally some top level of Chopard to consider my case and problem and to solve this situation by asking me to pay only a normal service price, what was the only point I was asking for.
This is what happens.
I get a call of Chopard sales person in order to get this situation solved after 9 month. Chopard have not got much of my info e-mail phone call etc… (See other post Jan 21 I was in contact with Bucherer a Chopard dealer in Lugano) It is only around Dec 08 that Chopard get to know the situation, after I have call directly Chopard AD.
I have to tell that I would like to change my new post and call it:
NEVER BUCHERER AGAIN . Or (one time never again) the problem was that this shop have never pass my info and questions to Chopard and have create this very stupid situation for me and Chopard. But finally after I get direct contact all is back in place and I have got my nice watch back.
After this I have take my car to bring my other Chopard watch, but this time not in Bucherer but directly to a Chopard shop and all was done in 4 weeks no problem perfect service like you can expect from this level of watch.
You would like to know the final word, when I went to take back my watch of Bucherer shop the person of Bucherer told me that they have made a lot of negotiation and help to get the thinks done like this……..
I will never go back to Bucherer Thanks.
