You may be right about the second time zone setting on the L.U.C Regulator watch; it is officially a G.M.T. display but you can simply use the watch as a two time zone or 'travel time' watch.
Meanwhile, I am more intrigued by the construction of Ms Lawrence's dress.
Is it a one-piece, two-piece or three-piece affair? 
That is geekiness taken too far......
By the way, I've never seen any of the 'Hunger Games' movies so my fanaticism is purely scientific!
