FSOT: Jaquet Droz Porcelain Dial Perpetual Calendar in 18K WG Lim Ed. 1 of 1 Hello watch fans... so you always wanted to own your own watch that no one else could possibly ever have the same watch... Here is your chance.... This was a watch made for a local business man here in Toronto and what he paid $63,200 for back in Aug of 2008, you can now have at less than 50%. This watch has just undergone a complete overhaul at Jaquet Droz in Switzerland which included a cleaning of the movement, polishing of the case and a new porcelain dial installed. The watch is now in prestine condition and would be graded as 100% on the head and mechanics of the watch and 94% or better on the strap. There is not a single scratch on this watch and it does come complete with box, papers and receipt from this service just picked up with warranty for a year in late December 2010. The watch is a retrograde perpetual, Limited Edition 1 of 1 (unique piece) made in 18K White Gold with a black strap with red stitching to match the red hands on the watch. The case size is large at 43mm. There are no issues with this watch what-so-ever.... The Original Retail paid by the original owner was $63,200 plus taxes...... I am offering this watch for sale at $27,900 for a bank wire or net to me, or if a trade is what suits you better..... $29,500 in trade... Be creative.... I don't mind.. I only ship insured so that will be on top of the price... There is the name of the original owner engraved like the name Jaquet Droz on the back cover around the glass back but it could either be filled in or a replaced back could be made by JD. That would be at the expense of the new owner.... As stated earlier, be creative and lets hear some interesting offers...
