Watch is in a good condition, Original leather folder including all navigation documents.
Heuer supplied the German military between the 60ies and 70ies.
Due to the requested specifications HEUER delivered several variations of the watch.
This example is quite rare, made for special astronavigation purposes.
The dial is signed “STERNZEIT REGULIERT” which means sidereal time.
A regular sun day lasts 24 hours, a sidereal day only 26h 56m 3.5sec. The back is engraved with the stock number of German forces:
Bundeswehr 6645-12-148-2298.
