20mm Deployment Buckle for Roo 2014 or AP Diver
Hi All,
Here are a couple of pictures of the 20MM deployment I purchased for my Diver. I won't make a final judgements until I mount a strap on it but based on first impressions:
> Seems fairly pricey for a SS buckle (~$700)
> No "mechanical" release mechanism - based on friction not button release
> Finishing is mixed - brushed, polish and completely unfinished
> In comparison the Hublot deployment feels more solid and engineered
> Will only work on straps with rounded rectangle pin hole

Are you sure it will fit??
Hi there! Are you sure it will fit! I was told it will not!!???
It will fit certain straps.
It will fit the 42mm ROO 2014 rubber strap or the horn backs that end with a 20mm width. Both these straps will also fit the Diver. It will NOT fit the standard diver rubber strap.

Did you buy it from APSC? What's the reference no. for this buckle? Which ROO comes with this buckle as a standard feature?

A good friend of mine bought one at Singapore svc ctr a few month ago. Looks good but not cheap at sgd 900 plus if i remember correctly
