I was browsing the web and found the above 2 above watches in the secondary markets today, both retailed originally from the Salon.... whoa!!!... although the asking prices are high, the thought that these watches are being sold by "collectors" within a year that they were bought.... These folks have to originally pass the scrutiny of the Patek folks in the Salon to get an allocation... as it turns out, they're just "flippers"..... even the salon folks can't tell who is a collector. On the other hand, if they sell on the web, then it is the new "market price" for these pieces right? Capitalism at its best. Just my 2 cents.
