5164A deployant clasp

 

Hi all

I just received my 5164A. It seems like the deployant clasp is quite flimsy, compared to say 5740G and 5131P. Is this a function of the design, or metal or piece specific quality? Would love to hear from members who have experience. Thank you.

if your clasp does not close well, it may benefit from an adjustment from patek, which is a simply and quick fix :-) [nt]

Every watch you mentioned has a different clasp. You may want to see if u can check the clasp on ur Aquanaut with a similar watch. I would go back to the AD and ask if this is normal

They will make an adjustment very quickly. I have experienced the same thing.
