A few weeks ago I aquired my first Jaeger, >>>>
a Master Compressor Dualmatic on bracelet. I've been lusting after a Compressor for about a year after I had the pleasue of seeing one in person. Now that being said I have a question for all the JLC vetrans out there. What is the purpose og the cut-out in the dial @ 5 O'clock? Was it to be just a design element, to balance the dial layout? I have my own idea's here but I figured I'd ask the experts.
