Horological Meandering

a wonderfull exposition at a top AD ... a lot of pics

We (me and 10 friends) got an invitation from a wonderfull AD. Being Degreef in Brussels.

So what els could I do than take some pictures. The thing started in the afternoon and took a few hours, afterwards we went to a restaurant to eat and talk about all the nice stuff we saw

I won't post pics of people, not pics from the restaurant, I don't take pics when I eat smile but I can give you some pics from the watches ofcourse LOL

The first pictures are the best because I had the time to take these watches upstairs and take better pictures of them. These ware the watches which I loved th most. Most of them are extremely complicates pieces with a price tag you just don't want to know. But man, they were gorgeous. Another brand of which I tried to make bette rpics was Panerai. 3 reasons. First, they had wome of the new models ;-) second reason ; I really love that brand and third reason, at least they are still affordable (except the PAM365 ofcourse)

I would also like to thank Mr Jacques Wittman from 'Maison Degreef' for inviting us , and Mr Hans D. from Panerai (for the great info and the goodies we got )

Let's start with the masterpieces

IWC Portugaise Grande Complication - repeater , perpetual , chronograph

Could have been the most wonderfull watch I saw yesterday

A Red gold Lange Double Split chronograph

Or what about the Lange Perpetual Datograph

And for the tourbillon fan, tha Richard Lange Tourbillon pour le mérite

AMAZING ; Zenith's Tourbillon Columbus

I had it on my wrist and believe me, the 'bubble' wears perfect. I was afraid the bubble could have been ennoying but you don't feel it

And having it on your wrist, you just can't stop looking are that very complicated tourbillon

Another, not complicated as the watches above, but still very interesting is the Ressence.

One of the most original watches I ever saw. Maybe you should take a look at their website because this is an amazing piece

there are no hands but it's a system with rotating disks, the whole dia moves !

 information : www.ressence.eu

And than some of the new Panerai watches

PAM368

PAM375 - 1950 composite

PAM365 equation du temps

and last but not least THE 372 !

Believe me, that is a wonderfull piece... MUST have one !!!

And now follow some 'random' shots. These pictures are not the best, would even call them bad .

But there was so much to see ...
