After A Week Of Bonding With My Wilbur EXP...
... I am quite certain I have never worn a more comfortable watch of this size.
At 41.5mm, it's not small. Pictured here is the EXP-A1, which is limited to 100 pieces.
With a titanium 'exoskeleton' and black ceramic bezel, the watch is very light. Because of its design and weight, I barely notice it's been on my wrist for pretty much the entire week.
Shown here is the EXP-A, which is the gunmetal edition, limited to 999 pieces. This EXP has a ballistic nylon strap attached.
Every EXP has been constructed in the USA utilizing a modified automatic Swiss movement, fully regulated in house at Wilbur Watch Co. It would be remiss of me not to mention what great time these watches keep.
Anti-reflective coated sapphire crystals adorn both the front and back of the watch and each comes with a quick-change, pre-curved silicone strap [other strap colors and styles are available].
I am loving the rebellious design of these watches. I can see and feel how the watchmaker is inspired by advanced automotive design and space age materials.
Wilbur watches ship in a beautiful display box with a factory warranty and ownership card. The Wilbur Watch website provides full concierge services.
Frankly, the watch must be seen in-the-metal to fully appreciate everything that is going on here. I look forward to sharing more in the coming weeks.
Cheers!
