Any advice on as how to order Patek spring bars?
Hello fellow Purists,
I recently decided to switch my bracelet watch to a leather strap, and ordered a strap and buckle through the Henri Stern Watch Agency over the phone. However I later realized that the spring bars for my bracelet were not compatible with a strap, and I am currently using generic steel spring bars.
So my question is, how to do I go about ordering the gold spring bars from Patek? Can I simply call Henri Stern and place the order? Or do I have to go through the AD? Or do I have to send my watch in TO HSWA?

Give them a call and ask for Thierry, tell him what you need and he can pop down to the stock room and get you a couple.

For confirming I can order through HS NY. I have had trouble with ordering official parts for watches before (with rolex) so I wanted to know if this was the case with patek as well.
