May be, after so long time, they make a own chrono-automatic-caliber, not always this Dubois-Debraz-modul with the deep date hole.
They can do everthing, they make minute repeaters, tourbillon, calendar perpetual, sunrise-sunset, equitation, but they dont make a own chrono for the Royal Oak. I can not understand this, the R.O. is the only watch what they can sell. A new line? Better ...

I tend to expect any new "mechanism" watch starts at a 300 / 400 / 500k price tag. I still enjoy seeing them, but it does not make or break my interest in the brand. Since we know 2019 is their last SIHH, will they "go out with a bang", or sit on any real...

I totally agree with your thoughts that they will delay any meaningful new product.
Right, they will want to roll out their new model of product revelation with as much of a bang as possible.
SIHH 2019 will have some new dial colors on old models, wow! Maybe a new dial pattern, if we are good boys and girls. If they do more purple dials, I'll be stoked.
