Breguet Type 20 Civilian Tachymeter.
Uber rare in this configuration, I mean with a Tachymeter.
Here are two specimens I found on the Net.
One made in 1965 and sold in the same year. Credit photo Philips.
And a second one made in 1962. Both confirmed by Breguet.
You will notice that these are not exactly the same dials. Fab Suisse for the 2d, with " hooked " 7. Nor the same crowns... It also seems the cases are not the same.

I like the three subdials version too
But the tachymeter is too much for me, esthetically. But the rarity makes the value.
