Chance encounter with TWO TAG Heuer 01 Indys
As if you haven't seen enough from me on TAG Heuer's Carrera Heuer 01 Indianapolis 500 LEs, here I go again following a random sighting of not one, but two of these rare birds.
While standing in line for a concert in Dayton, Ohio, I took notice of a gentleman wearing a 2015 limited edition, Robert Graham Indianapolis 500 shirt. Having a 2016 edition myself, we ended up in a discussion about this year's race. Moments later, he shared with me his watch, a Heuer 01 Indy LE. Wait a second, I have one of those! As if that wasn't enough, he summoned his buddy over who was also wearing the same model! What? Sensory overload! With only 100 of these models built, it was incredible to find three owners, together in line at a rock concert.
Needless to say, the wait in line at the concert became much more enjoyable as we shared our passion for the very first limited edition based on TAG Heuer's Carrera Heuer 01.

I didn't know this model, but as a fan of both TH and INDY 500...
