These guys still put on a great show.

Very cool 12 string guitar. A friend of mine knew the history and sent the following to me.
It was made by Rick Turner.
Rick’s response to being asked (the headstock logo showed it as an Alembic, one of his brands from a long time ago):
I put Crosby's guitar together at Alembic in 1970. The body was a Gibson "Crest", Mario Martello made the Brazilian rosewood neck. I added the LED side markers, made the stereo pickups and the welded bronze tailpiece, made the electronics drawer, and Ron Wickersham made the preamps. Everything still works, and David still swears it's the best sounding 12 string in the world.

They still make beautiful music together. Catch them on tour if you have the chance.
I have been attending several concerts lately thinking this may be the last time to see some of the rock icons from the late 60's and 70's. Some of these guys may be in better shape that they were 20 years ago. Long live rock and roll.
