John Glance is good at what he does. Well worth the wait for John to work his magic in Berlin. He achieved a tight, seamless fit. I went for the "Million Dollar Black" Alligator on the outside and red Teju lizard on the inside. He based the length on the amount of links on my stainless steel bracelet. My local Rolex AD did the change out for free. I change change back to the bracelet when I want to return to the original look.
