Hi, miskasp - I've deleted your post entirely in conformance with my standing policy disallowing complaints from first-time participants. Yes, I realize this is your second post, but your presence on the forum isn't nearly well established enough. To reiterate, all complaints from participants that haven't previously contributed meaningful content are subject to deletion. My sense is that problems are best resolved privately thru the appropriate channels, and I've offered my assistance to more than a few forum members in the past.
I read your complaint, and frankly, it is hypercritical. Not hypocritical, mind, but hypercritical. Please reflect and consider your thoughts, and if you're still aggravated, then send me an e-mail and we can discuss this matter privately . . . cordially, Art
