Do we need more strap options!

Being a strapaholic, I just thought by myself, the new Marine Chronometer could need a different strap option. Generally, I think that UN has to catch up in this discipline:

While being well-known for its modern design of the watches themselves (Freak, Sonata, Perpetual "Toro", to name but a few), the strap/bracelet options are very conservative, I'd even say: boring.

The titanium-rubber bracelet was a thrilling nobvelty when it was released some fifteen years ago, but has not seen any changes since (except that one of the two titanium links was sacrificed to budget cuts).

The steel bracelet is still simple and straight in design. Good in quality, but also lacking a true quick-adjustement mechanism for quickly changing the length (I am not speaking about a diving suit extension, but a true micro-adjustment in millimeter steps, as is featured by many other brands' bracelets).

The alligator strap is also good in quality, but nothing special to write home about. Especially noteworthy is that it is still cut and lacquered on the edges, instead of having a rolled-edge (rembordé). The colours are also decent and conservative.

Do you think this is enough?

In my opinion, Ulysse Nardin should offer some more unconventional strap options, for example a rubber-coated alligator strap that is truly waterproof, or something like this would be a great match for a Marine Chronometer:

What is your opinion? Should UN offer more different straps and strap types?

Regards,
Marcus
