I have a Vacheron Constantin wrist watch that belonged to my father. It is ultra slim in red gold with roman numrals. The code on the mechanisam is P 454/5B and the code on the case is 4218 351958. It's about 50 years old. If anyone can help my to put a price on it I would be most greatful.
