Finally, my First JLC!
Hi all,
After what seems to be a VERY long wait, I have finally gotten my first JLC and what a great way it is to start! I wasn't going to post pictures because frankly, i'm a horrible photographer. However, since I haven't seen one on the forums I took some but they do absolutely no justice to the watch.
What did I get? None other than the Deep Sea USA! Just picked last night, and am completely loving it. Honestly, theres not much I can say about this piece that no one has already.
The dial looks Phenomenal, and sits very beautifully on my 7" wrist. The look is absolutely timeless (after all, its a very accurate representation of the original and still looks great). I am LOVING the domed plexy, although it is almost impossible to photograph well. One thing about this piece is that it looks MUCH better in person.
The only negatives i can think of is that the strap could be better, i saw a little peeling on it which isn't good. But I do like how faithful it is to the original. Also, the buckle is very simple, but I guess it allows me to focus more on the watch itself.
I know that was very brief. I am not great at reviews at all, so I will just skip on to the pictures

TOTALLY kidding . . Congrats and love it! I'm just torn between the clean lines of the Euro dialed version and the funkier and stronger dial layout of the Stateside version . . . .You're not making the choice any easier. Really loving this team USA style....
