For your viewing pleasure - the time machine from 1967
My friend Steve is working on a Mustang GTA that belongs to a "little old lady from San Diego". She's still living but not driving, and needed the car to be revived a bit from being parked for a few years.
Not concours but very sweet, with 110,000 miles, on repaint in factory color, engine redone 20,000 miles ago and original equipment for everything else, including interior, trunk, etc.

Turn signal light reminders are inside those rear-facing hood scoops.

Factory wheels and factory 4-piston caliper brakes

Factory A/C and all the original smog equipment intact too! Heads have recently been redone. 4-bbl mid-level performance engine.

Stainless steel trim on this one instead of wood, with a roll-up door in the dash/console junction

Ceiling console, also in matching SS -- the dome lights work too
Pretty cool, isn't it? Wish I needed another car! Like a hole in my head [my wife agrees and is willing to make that hole!]
I was sixteen when this car hit the lady's driveway...
