GP Laureato bracelet/strap question
Some time ago, I bought a GP Laureato (simple automatic Ref. 8010, not the chrono) on the Web. It was an immediate case of buyers remorse, because I
couldn't get the bracelet to fit. Despite multiple attempts, even buying a half link etc., it remains uncomfortable.
Because the bracelet is integrated, it's not easy to remove, and the case/bracelet 'interface' is not directly suited for a strap. But I see that
the AP Royal Oak uses a similar design, and there are straps for the RO. My question is: has anybody tried to fit a strap to the Laureato?
I would probably need a custom-made strap, similar in design to the RO straps, but it seems my only chance to wear the Laureato. It runs very good
and looks very good, but I will probably sell it if I can't wear it! Any comments/ideas/experiences?
I posted the same question on Timezone, and obviously need only 1 answer if you see it on both
