Horological Meandering

I bought this today! xx% off the retail price they put on. Brand new and will take it out of Australia to get tax back. I have always liked Bell & Ross. I like tough watches. This feels and looks tough to me. *Moderator's note: edited to remove reference ...  

Guys, My new Bell & Ross Vintage is Antimagnetic and water resistant to 200m. How should I interpret that? it sounds tough. it has a screw in crown. My IWC aquatimer is rated water resistant to 130m. Can I swim and dive with my B&R? Does antimagnetic mean...

the 200m means literally that. you can dive with it although i understand from my doctor who is also a diver that to Scuba dive you should halve the depth rating so it is safe to 100m, more than sufficient to wear all the time whatever you are doing. i th... 

Looks tough indeed. Any plans on putting it on a strap someday? I think it'd look great on a black 'barenia' Racing style strap. Congrats and enjoy!

I have indeed started thinking of putting on a leather or rubber strap. Where can I get that barenia strap you suggested? Can I swim with that strap? Sorry about putting on the discount figure before. I was very happy with the price.

My only caution is if you change straps, be careful because on my watch the back edges of the lugs were very very sharp.

I own the simple version and seven years later, I still wear it with a lot of pleasure. This chronograph is really nice. Fx
