Girard Perregaux

I recently acquired what I think is a 70's GP Quartz in the Box with a 'non-trad' Chunky 18K EP bracelet. The case has #29474 HK and I was hoping someone here could enlighten me as to the year, value, etc. I have not cracked the case so I cannot provide mvmt. # at this time ~ see pics., and thanks
