How many times do you scroll through articles announcing a new watch.....
Perhaps it’s just me but I am increasingly finding myself catching a glance of a new model in an article only to then scroll through and find out the size before deciding to read it. If it’s anything above 41mm the article is immediately shut down and my interest dead.
I’m not fussy, it could be the latest AP, Patek or simply a bang average Shinola or Seiko. First glance peaks my interest and if the tech specs whet the appetite I go back and read the article.
Perhaps I’m just fickle but having went through the big watch phase I am finding myself longing for ever smaller watches.

The size is very important to me because the worst thing is reading the article, ogling at the near perfect photos and falling in love with the watch and then to discover that the watch is way too large for my small wrist. The price is also vital for me b...

Another vintage Rolex sold at Philipps, another investment article, another biais article by one of IG influencers.... Boy! what is happening to the Watch World these days! Thanks God we still have our community!
I used to feel that way...
But after trying on a Grand Lange 1 and a few others at 40 mm and above I saw how each watch wears differently.
I read the announcements all the time
My favorite place the view new watch announcements is Time Zone’s Industry News. I usually read through each article daily, though I do skip quickly through watches that are encrusted with jewels or are so bizarre that I can’t tell the time.
