I'd call these "brothers from different mothers...."
Three favorites from my collection. All share the same movement base. The "older brothers" are similar in size (42mm), case material, square pushers, 2 subdials, but seem very different to me at least. The baby brother (in size, not age) seems slightly more elegant at 37mm and in yellow gold.

But the baby brother gets my vote: the 37mm chronograph is superb. If you are talking about the larger ones, I much prefer the Patek. Thanks. Fx
Agreed. Les Historiques Chrono is a fine example, very fine.
With more poetry and charm than the younger Brother. The lugs, the pleasant proportions, the dial, the movement, all is good there, while the hounger brother didn't take the time to grow up with the same coherence. Best, Nicolas
