I owned a 5146G for almost 10 years
until I sold it last year to fund another watch.
My experience is that it has been a great daily wearer without any flaws. It kept time perfectly and I did everything with it (except swimming and sport activities). So the movement proved to be for sure not too delicate.

Yes, it's on my wrist since December last year when I bought. It's a great daily watch IMHO.
5146G is a great complication with a perfect blend of vintage and modern look. It can be a daily watch for a gentleman who doesn't have a very active lifestyle.
In terms of style, its a daily wearer because of tje very versatile creamy dial and the more casual numerals.
In terms of movement, its a daily wearer as well. This watch is doing fine even when you handle it a bit rough. Nice that you own the watch such a long time and still seem to enjoy it!

I didn’t think about the winder being an issue. By shear coincidence, mine stays 2/3 fully wound on my Wolf winder. I guess I just got lucky in that it’s not fully wound 24/7. Maybe that helped.

I wear the platinum version regularly. I bought it in 2013 and it has the 324 movement. Have had no issues and think it’s a pretty versatile watch.
